Personally not a fan of a murdered out look. Too much of one color is boring to look at IMO. Have you considered blacking out the outter part of the grill and then painting the inside a dark grey to give it a bit more depth and contrast?

Yea I have a H1 hid in my lows, and they suck compared to my stock housing with 55w hid and no projector in terms of light output. But these aren't bad at all with halogen bulbs in them. My plan is to move the projector that is in the low beams over to the high beam section, then put a morimoto h1 bi-xenon projector for the low beams. But will have single low beam and dual highs.
So do you think it's the projector in low beam killing it? I have H1 HID in the high beams and have the 4 high mod done. When highs on Its nice I'd say just as bright as the last set of 9006 I had on the truck with stock headlights. I gotta do something! I'd be interested in staying in touch on the headlight mods?
The onstar Antenna on my wife's is getting shaved and my rear hatch wiper too.
That's gonna look sick love the rear hatches shaved gives them such a clean look do you have a roll pan? The on-star gone will clean it up nice to.
I think I'm going to go with black outside and leave insert chrome I dont mind a touch of chrome. When looking at it from the side the chrome part around the marker you can see is just out of place to me due to no other chrome on the truck. Emblem is going black.
On a side note how do I install the picture and note at the bottom of each post like you guys have?
