Going to bump the crap outta this and see what I can come up with. I rented a crappy little OBD2 reader from Autozone, read codes, had one for the O2 sensor, and one 1886... cleared them and couldnt get anything to come up again. Just got my little one that I can use my phone with, as cheap as it was, it works great! anyways... Three codes
P1860
P1864
P1886
So Im assume a problem with wiring? Not sure where to start with this wiring problem

Most of what I read points to the ign switch. Took the lower shroud off to expose the wires below the key hole. Tested with 11.7V at the fuse it tests 11.5V
I wiggled the key like a mad man and the indicator light didn't flicker. The tach works. Can't tell if the speedo works lol

Just throwing out info to help my dx

Who rebuilt the trans?
if it was you, did you wash the wire loom and all the solenoids? what did you wash them with? if you used water on any of the pan electronics, throw them away and start over. were all of the plastic pistons replaced with metal ones? did you replace the sun shell? what kind of friction and steels did you use?
The 4L60e is a very simple trans to rebuild, there are only a few lip seals that you could have damaged on reassembly. I would pull the pan and double check all of the connections. it is possible to have gotten bad parts from the rebuilder. Did you soak the frictions in ATF before you put them together?

Since a shop rebuilt it, that is where you should take it. let them fix their mistake.
