New noise from a new place...WTF is it?

This was a strangely entertaining little issue to solve.

Yes, Serge, you were helpful. You made me get a craving for oriental food and I settled it with Kung Pao Chicken and Chow Mein. Not Peking Duck, but that wasn't an option where I was ;)

The noise went away with the installation of the new QUACKTUATOR...

badabum!!

I thought "quacktuator" was really funny.....

Thanks, but we got it figured out. It was the blend actuator for the rear heat/AC. Turned out to be a pretty easy fix. Hardest part was getting all the trim back on right.

Oh man...I'd have to drive my truck off a cliff. That dude's voice drives me insane!! lol

Alright, so the quack is gone, but now there's no hot air. Is there a wrong way to put the actuator on? Seemed like it would only fit one way, but the flap position could be jacked up, maybe? Plenty of air blowing, just not hot air.

Help??!!

I don't want to have to take the rear trim all off again, dammit....
