New noise from a new place...WTF is it?

There was a guy on here in the last 3 months or so that had to replace one of them, he said that there was a process you had to do to calibrate the system for the new part!! Wish I could remember who it was or where the post is, if I find it I will post it up for you!

Thanks Chris, for the research on those links. I tried this tonight, but it didn't work. It's like something is backward, but there's only one way to put the actuator in, so I'm a bit baffled. When you turn the rear to A/C, warm air starts to come out, but the A/C compressor does turn on. Turn it up to warm, and cool air comes out. No A/C compressor, so just the ambient air temp, but definitely not warm. It's opposite day in quackville....

Anyone have any other suggestions on how to correct this? Seems the heat and A/C are functioning, but the routing (i.e. the flapper) is messed up.
