My tires finally came in today from 4wheel parts!

Set of Dick Cepek Fun Country 285/70r17 (33" tires)
Here is the stock Firestone (Never-get-to-your) Destination 265/70r17 (31.2")? that was on there before.
Sorry for the dirty setup - its been raining a lot here in FL with these storms the past week hand have not been able to wash it as a result!!

I added the 2.5" leveling kit and 1" rear block kit to my 2014 Yukon

These are in the process of getting mounted now so should have some after installation pictures once its complete! Finally starting to make this thing look a little more tough looking!

After this I plan on doing a 3.73 gear swap, headers, cam and head work. I do wish this thing came with the Duramax Diesel option though.

Ha! here are the rest of the photos! Didnt get a chance to post them last night! So no more click bait!

Also for load range E tires, what PSI should I be running at? (Max is 80PSI @ 3195lbs) The tire shop put them at 38 PSI which might be a little low.

I also took some video that i will edit and put together later today hopefully of the tires and a review.
So far the tires are awesome, got rid of a lot of lateral wobble and instability of the old crappy firestone tires and feels a lot better so far.

Looks great! Any clearance issues up front?

38 psi is probably good for DD duties. According to TRA load vs inflation tables, you'll want to be around 45 to match the full load capacity of the stock tires (I'd probably run 45 front and 55 rear when towing)

I'd also do the chalk test to make sure youre getting even tread wear since the tires are new.

Thanks for the heads up on the tire pressure! I'll bump it up from 38psi to 45psi and do the chalk test later today and see where it ends up.
I can turn it wheel lock to wheel lock and do not have any rubbing issues what so ever which is a plus in my book.

CCM 2.5" Leveling kit for the front and a 1" spacer for the rear.
(Note these measurements were measured at the top of the wheel well where the fender starts)

With the new tires:
Front fender is 38.5" high
Rear Fender is 39.75" high

Stock Height for reference with 265/70R17 tires
Front 35.5"
Rear 38"

Cool... gives me hope that I can clear my tires (haven't put them on yet). Mines a 2500 and I'm just over 37/39 front/rear with the stock tires. I also did the fender and bumper trimming in anticipation of trying to squeeze those tires in

Just an update - Changed the tire pressure to 45psi and that made a huge difference in the tire noise and handling. The door says to put them at 30psi which i think is waay to low for these tires.
I'll do the chalk test
So far -
Pro's
1. traction is awesome on the street, rain and mud
2. Little to no lateral wobble (as encountered on the previous tires)
3. Getting lots of looks now that its lifted and has meatier tires than most trucks on the road lol
4. Raised up the entire vehicle ~1"


Cons's
1. Slight increased road noise over stock tires but is very minimal. If you turn of the radio and roll down the windows you can hear it a little, but at 80mph windows rolled up you can slightly hear it but not enough to becoming annoying. If you turn on the radio you dont notice it at all.
2. Larger / heavier tire would be expected to loose ~1mpg? potentially from stock but the trade offs are worth it!

Those look excellent, and wow your Yukon looks high, higher than 2.5 leveled. I'd also be really interested in hearing how the Fun Countrys are after you have a few hundred miles on them.

Honestly I think you will lose more than 1mpg. Probably 2-3 mpg. Not necessarily due to the size, but due to the weight. Your stock 265s probably came in at only 35-40 lbs, and those Cepeks, according to the website, weigh 59.
