New to this forum, I've got a wrecked Hoe to fix

Well ! I figured out , I Don't have an Ambient Air Temperature Sensor, or a rear window washer on the front clip from the Silverado.
Go to court on Monday for the inoperable/unlicensed vehicle on property citation, any one ever got one of these ?
