they fit right in your stock fog hole, All you gotta do is order a kit with h3 bulbs but 880 connectors and it should just be plug and play. TO get it custom like that you might have to order from wes on here.

Thanks for the info.

Looks like I'll be spending some quality time under the truck in the next couple of days....

Not the most fun when it's 5 degrees.

That is also another factor in the whole over-heating issue, too. It's pretty cold here at the moment, which might help...lol.

Jesse, do you have any bigger pics of that mount? It looks pretty slick, but it's hard to tell in that pic.

Anyone know where to get a cheap unibar?

Define cheap? I looked for a unibar, found no such luck. BUT, did find this:

It's called the Carr Light Wing. Not sure if it's what you'd call cheap (Around $100), but it might do the job.

Guys over on the Jeep side of the world were mounting lights to Grand Cherokee bumpers by taking off the cover, putting a piece of plate steel on the inside, and basically mounting the lights to that. The plate steel (I supposed any steel bar stock would work.) gave it something good to grab onto, as well as firmed it up so lights weren't bouncing.

I don't even know for sure what I meant by cheap....lol. $100 seems like too much to spend for a couple pieces of metal. I could make my own for pretty cheap, I'm just lazy and lack the proper tools/space to work. I'm sure I could get the materials I need for under $20, though.

I found the Unibar at Rustysoffroad.com or something like that...but it's a little over $100. More like $150 shipped, which is too much for me. I want to get and mount two hella 500ff or 700ff for under $100.

I may just bolt them into the bumper, as others seem to have done that with no problems.

Tiny bump, but some pics to show a few examples:

This is how I got it:

But you can also do it like some people does it:

personally I do prefer to have some big ass Hella lights in a bullbar/brushguard.
You can get those cheap $20 big lights and put xenon in them for usable effect. But if you want to go really hardcore, you pay $1000 for some real stuff :)

there is a guy in town that has the same grill you do and he use like two 6'' hella lights and cut two 6'' holes to the right and the left of gmc and somehow mounted them there. its like the behind the grill idea but he had his in the grill so the grill didnt block the light. and plus it was sick as hell. i would take it to a fab shop and get them to do that if you dont have a drill press and what not
