My DOD enabled 6.2 uses no oil

I had the 5.3 with dod and didn't have any oil consumption issues.

Yea my 5.3 with DOD uses oil. Not too bad, but it does. I have to keep an extra bottle around. When I order my autocal, i will have it turned off to see if that helps.

My 09 6.0 DOD Hybrid used about a quart in 2500 miles until I upgraded to the tech bulletin specified driver side valve cover. Now at 4000 miles, no oil used, and no oil in catch can either. CC did have 4 ounces in 500 miles or so before valve cover replacement.

Caveat is that early in this oil changed I removed DOD, so all the oil consumption could have happened before

Mine did use oil until I replaced the valve cover and did the DOD delete.

5.3 with DOD and I use oil, about a quart or so every oil change. My dash is cracked in two places too, so I'm pretty normal from my understanding.
