I don't know how his bag setup is, but a friend had a Sierra crewcab ('06 I think) that would lay frame and it had a gooseneck hitch. He's a mechanical engineer and fabricator and loves to geek out on designing things like that. So, no doubt it was a well-calculated build.

He hand-built the front bumper for his NNBS front clip conversion. It's all one-piece steel and not just the plastic upper part molded to the metal bumper.

Wow that's a badass conversion. Most would think it's stock it's done so good.
