I have been... just cardio though. Still scsred of weights as the last time (im told it had nothing to do with it) i lifted, i ended up with the perforation trip to the er/icu 2 daya later...

Just do it man. If it was me, I'd start doing a light workout, just to get my body used to it. I sooo miss putting the uniform on. You're good man.
