Hey do you guys know what is the best led to use for the esky (or any other for that matter) mirrors?
Also if it's an easy or pita install?

I know it's a 168 bulb but there are so many darn variations of leds.

Really? I use the 5 SMD-LED 194 type bulbs for the license plates/puddle lamps on mirrors.

Nope you just take a flathead screw driver and pry it open away from the car and the little housing pops out. then you take the original incandescent bulb by twisting it counter clockwise. Pop out the original and put the new SMD LED bulb in. Press unlock on key fob and see if it turns on. If it doesn't, switch it around and it should work.

So I just use a hammer and a saw?

If above method doesn't work, try the hammer and saw :)
