I ordered my AT4 the last week of January. Ordered it with just about every option including the max trailering package, except for the Captain's chairs. I took delivery about 10 days ago of my 21 Yukon AT4 (White Frost TriCoat). It came with everything I ordered except for the center console locking storage box (which I ordered through parts and installed myself yesterday in 10 minutes), and they also forgot to install the Interior Protection Package (no idea what happened there).
Interestingly if you believe all you read on the internet, you would think my new AT4 would not have the max trailer package due to the computer chip shortage we have been hearing about. I guess I got lucky, and they found a chip for me, because mine came with the package. I am very pleased I placed my order despite others saying it wouldn't be accepted by the factory. Being patient and knowing what you want can pay off. On the down side, this is the first car in my life I paid full MSRP; couldn't even get the employee/family discount I normally get. Dealers on the west coast are second stickering Yukons because they can't get them in stock, and they sell the first day on the lot.
