P1133 code keeps throwing All new denso o2 sensors

What I would do:


Hook up a scan tool at look at your sensor voltage. It should be bouncing between ~0 and 1v. If it's not, tell me what it's doing.

If it's stuck around 0v, then it's lean. If it's around 1v, then it's rich.

Also check your short and long term fuel trims.

And to add to the diagnostic info given:
- An exhaust leak can cause an erroneous lean condition
- A leaking injector can cause an erroneous rich condition
- Don't rule out spark plugs / coil packs. Those can do some funny things
- Check your misfire indicators on all cylinders, paying mind to bank 1 (cylinders 1,3,5,7, driver's side). Issues with injectors / vacuum leaks / exhaust leaks can show up as abnormalities here, without necessarily being high enough to trigger a code

Some good diagnostic steps to try above...
Something is interfering with the information the ECU is receiving.

You have a new sensor. While not entirely impossible, the sensor probably not your issue.

I would see what you get for voltage readings and take it from there.

I picked up a fairly ok 130$ obd 2 tool that does live data and graphing. I did a live Data graph video trying to understand the values i am seeing for voltage at idle and at 1500 rpm on bank 1 sensor 1 as well as the other banks but since p1133 is the only code I focused on that
Also did live Data graph in ST and LT Fuel on bank 1 sensor 1
I can’t figure out how to upload video clips from iPhone

At idle operating temp bank 1 sens 1 volts bounce from 0.165 min too 0.805 max short term fuel trim bounces 0.9-1.6 -3.9 max

I’d really like to post a live graph on the data with a vid if I knew how. Mostly wanna rule out bad o2 or broken wires seeing as they both are a day old brand new installed on bank 1 side . Before I go digging for vacuum leaks etc..
this engine has all new upper end gaskets Everything beside head gaskets btw done professionally.
The engine was pulled prior to me buying the truck to do all this gasket upgrade work and the exhaust manifolds do have snapped front bolts .. likely so from being seized so maybe it’s... A leak there but I don’t hear it …
The donut gaskets where the collectors meet and exhaust from front to back is sound I’ve checked.

The st fuel trim is 99.2% for bank 1 sens 2 wayyyy different then for any other bank what does this mean

99.2% other trim readings are very different

Sorry for the ignorance posting 21 photos but Another thing that I’m not understanding I guess when learning a scan tool in detail , when I Leave global obd2 and choose Chevrolet oem enhanced it picks up 21 codes i can only post 5 at a time .. I don’t know if this just states possible codes that can happen with this vehicle or if they are historical freeze frame codes stored ?
Like not actual current codes? , a lot of things were replaced in this vehicle in 21 years and prior to me purchasing.. All I see regularly that comes up under a regular scan is p1133 after a dash light comes onF3E1234C-BEC7-4571-AF54-5F92ED578CE9.jpeg
