If your hypertech is like my buddy's diablo programmer, I'd say you would be better off with a BB tune instead of the handheld. When my buddy had his diablo on his 6.0 silverado while I have my BB tune on my denali and I can smoke him anytime!!

As for the fans, they free up a bit throttle response since you no longer have engine drag from a belt driven fan!! Also provides way better A/C performance in the summer, cools off a hot truck faster when need be, and if you get a '05/'06 OEM fan setup it takes up less room than a belt driven fan as well as bolts up like it should have been there in the first place!!

So if i can find one off a 05/06 tahoe yukon the electric fans with bolt right up? I looked up the prcies on the corvette servo not to expensive how hard is it to install the servo? I emailed about the bb tune aswell. Thanks

I have the same problem with people racing me. I have that problem at least once or twice per week. And the only things I've done to my truck is HIDs, LEDS, Debadged & Demolded, and I have the SLP tip & resonator delete.

I actually almost got into a LOT of trouble in September, a kid from my school was running beside me in his DuraMax 2500HD, we weren't racing, but a pizza guy driving a Kia apparently didn't like seeing two kids in big trucks driving beside each other, so he reported us for "drag racing" haha.

My truck is pretty much your average stock LTZ... There again, the kids at my school think that my OEM LTZ 20s are huge so.... Go figure...

If your radiator is 34" wide (only the finned area is 34" wide, total width of the radiator including the tanks on each side is I believe 42"), then those fans are a perfect fit for your truck. Can get them from '05 and '06 yukons, tahoes, silverados, escalades, avalanches and a few other full sized vehicles.
As for the servo, heard it's not extremely tough to install yourself but I haven't done one on mine yet so can't tell you from experience!!
As for BB tune, go for either an inperson tune or a cable tune, won't be disappointed, especially if you go for the 92 octane tune!

Or even better, get yourself a 6.0 and a supercharger and you should love life!! lol

Servo is pretty easy install. There are plenty of write-ups to be found on it. It took me maybe 30 minutes of actual work doing it. That's mainly just being extra careful to make sure the snap ring was seated properly and no seals were messed up when putting it in.
