Performance Spark Plugs and HT Leads

[2007 Denali XL]

Hi

I have 2007 Yukon Denali XL with 140K and I want to replace the plugs and HT leads with high quality / performce parts.

Does anyone have a recommendation please?

OEM, unless you are running headers then grab some wires with heat wrap
for the money you will never see or notice a difference or gain anything
otherwise people would be putting up videos of how much they gained by spending more money on a brand name plug & wire
I mean where are the infomercials even?
I suppose if you had bigger injectors and more fuel pressure blah blah that you could go up a heat rating or something but I think that's about all the benefit there is.
but the pretty colors are nice I guess

If anything aftermarket, I'd get Taylor wires, but only for their electric blue color. For plugs, avoid the gimmicks and go with OEM or equivalent- AC Delco or NGK or Denso. MAKE SURE you're getting legitimate brand name parts. There are a lot of counterfeits out there. If the price is too good to be true, it is.

+1 on the Taylor wires, but you will only see the benefit if you add super hot coils. I put Granetelli 85k volt coils on my Callaway Corvette with Taylor low resistance wires and picked up some fuel economy, smoother idle, better throttle response. But that's on a supercharged engine.

This people counterfeit spark plugs way more than you would think. Its bad in the rotary engine market. NGK fakes are more common than any legit plug.
