Never really cared for the woodgrain in my Tahoe and always wanted it black but instead of sanding it down and painting it I thought I'd try the Plasti-Dip route since it will peel off if I don't like or change my mind down the road! I did 1 light coat and 2 heavy coats and thought it came out pretty good. After the 3rd coat I pulled the tape so the Plast-Dip would not dry and stick to the tape.
Not bad for almost 1 can of Plasti-Dip and about 2 hours of my time. Gonna let it dry really good tonight and try to put it back in the Tahoe tomorrow night. Sorry the picture quality isn't the best, I took them with my iPhone 4S but they look awful! .Let me know you think!
