Pull plastic's out in front wheel wells and Torsion Key?

Ok so I have a set of slightly used (like 85% tread left) Cooper's that just got on my Tahoe. Now they are larger then my old BFG's that were pretty worn down. These are 285/75/R16 I noticed when turn sharp I am getting a little bit of rubbing. I am thinking it is hitting plastic in the wheel wells. I am not sure if my torsion keys are turned all way. How is an easy way to check? Is it something I can take down to a shop and have them do real quick or can I do it with a jack? I just do not want my GF driving it and freaking out or breaking something when she turns sharp in a parking garage or something.

It is really at full turn like when parking. But would rather be safe then sorry.

climb underneath is about middle ways of the front doors and theres a channel across there with a bolt stickin down on each side , if you see thread it can be cranked more , if you dont see any thread then no u cant crank em anymore

if you can crank them , jack the truck up so that the front suspension kind of hangs freely and spray some WD40 on the bolts , and crank them the same amount.......

YOU MAY NEED AN ALIGNMENT after crankin them , its accordin how much you crank them

If it's rubbing at the back part of the fender well, trim it a little. Find the rub mark to be sure of the problem.

I hate the canted driving feel of the keys fully turned. Measured the fender to ground it is at 38.4 inches in front.

Gonna drop it an inch or so in front back to stock. It is just really awkward. I drove on freeway about 20 miles this evening and it was so uneasy feeling.
