No it does not it just comes with everything except the vanity bulbs. If you wanted the vanity bulbs you can find it HERE

Actually they are missed price they should be $30 we are fixing this mistake right now.

It's a total of 4 bulbs if not they would be cheaper; rare to find these Vanity LED Bulbs and this good of quality like what we are having manufactured for ourselves.

On Ebay you see them and they are similar (even the pricing), but we have brought those in to compare and our 50/50 chips are much brighter and you can tell just by comparing them that our LED bulbs will have a longer life-span and quality output.
