I agree, your shit is pretty clean. My main issue besides the fact the aluminum heater tees end up using so many clamp locations is my blower. I can barely snap the OEM design in place, there’s no damn way I’m going to be able to clamp one or two much less 5 or 6.i think the heater line tees look worse than mine, maybe slightly bias tho
The bait was set lol.

You using PEX clamps? I started using them on a couple lines on mine, they worked nice.
I found the 1/2” PEX were perfect for the trans lines. I didn’t have room for the TruCool 40k with my intercooler so I mounted the next size down the 28k I think, behind the lower valance opening and they don’t offer that one with AN fittings only barbs. So thus the PEX clamps, doubled up. I thought about soldering some AN fittings on but had to get it running so meh. I’d like to one day replace the hard lines with AN and braided ss lines.pretty much the same thing, in the a/c world i guess they call them "burgess" clamps or some crap...the barbs have a locating tool that sets them in each groove

Might be, I’ll have to check. Never thought of that, ended up getting in a hurry- had to drive it to work the next day. Not an issue anymore ha.Is there enough barb to cut off the hump and slide a tube nut and sleeve on and flare? Usually need a little over an inch
