i think we're about tapped out boys....

top row dark blue is injector duty cycle, rides 100-105% thru 2nd, come back down in 3rd. the white line in row 2 is the fuel pressure, where its at is fine i just have to worry about the injectors sticking wide open.

top row light blue is the intake temps, still quite a bit of rise on it 60-138*. i ordered the bmw pump, pierburg cwa400, going to see what i can do with mounting it. it is a lot of temp rise, manageable and to no fault of the intake - moving more water should help and i think im pushing this turbo past its efficiency range - boost is the purple line on the second row. boost controller is set pretty much right where i wanted it, just below 255kpa.

So guess no changes will help until you increase the fuel capability..? Maybe you could add methanol injection..? Wouldn’t that help with your cooling as well? .....

not a fan of it. dont get me wrong it works, but i'd have to spray 10 gallons of it with every tank of fuel to make any difference. been dumping in race gas to bring the ethanol % down but isnt going any faster.

i think this turbo is done, wont trap any better than 136 - which it also did with the air to air intercooler. in the log above it will make boost in the mid range but the last couple hundred rpm it falls off.

Well, in that case, you need a bigger turbo!
