still no axles, other tool came in. shit just dont come off.
i strip an axle all the way down, pulled the tripod off the other end, cleaned up the whole shaft and joint, tried pulling the outer cup- nothing. put it in the vice with a short piece of scrap pipe so it would wedge against the vice and could slide back up it and cranked the holy **** out of it as much as possible-nothing. im done ******* with it. got a feelers out to see if i can get longer stock shafts made, sent a message to RCV just to make sure there wouldnt be a problem making shafts that i need...just in case.

ordered a few things to button accessories back together, need a 20an female to 20an female to remount the water pump, got fuel injectors back in, fuel rails and regulator on. got the vac/boost block mounted back up. i think i just use the stock coil mounts on the valve covers this setup? dont remember but i need to set them all back up on the stock brackets. prob order some new plug wires. most of the hoses for the catch cans are already made but they in the way if i put them on now.

ordered some stuff to hook the dash heater core back up atleast, since its been unusually cold lately. the hoses i had made for it before when i was having problems and removed it was different so i cant reuse them and i dont have any hose around to remake them longer. when i guess i had head gasket problems and coolant was pressurizing i removed everything but the engine loop to verify. i had friend close up a fitting to go into the water pump to restrict flow thru the heater core - i will probably put it in. just to make sure the engine gets the majority of water flow.

still havent filled up trans and transfer case, i keep saying it so i wont forget to.

i will prob convert it back to belt driven water pump/power steering/ (and obviously alternator).

ordered some belltech/kw 6-8" front coilovers, couple weeks out it seems though, but price def seems right.

I’m not sure but Moser might be able to make axles for you. They made mine for the narrowed rear end on my Silverado. They had a diagram on their order form for all the different dimensions, bolt patterns, gears etc. The builder had installed non-ABS ones so the reluctors were just bouncing around in the housing because the shoulders weren’t long enough. It took me a minute to figure that out.

they wont, i called everyone the first time around needing axles. i figured driveshaftshop would since they do like all the IRS upgraded axles they told me to ******* pretty much
got a few emails out, someone sposed to get back to me this week, he makes longer axles for pre2010 for a "spacer delete axle" for lifted trucks. i asked him if he could throw the 8bolt inner flange on them, even offered to send him some i already have but he had some.

otherwise just been kickin ass

got a lot of the under hood buttoned up, fuel sys on, injectors in, rails and reg on.
radiator and fans - i cant the hose i used before after looking for half a day, needed a different fitting to remake it so the hose i have on there is a little long, everythings cocked to the side but its on. ran new heater hoses since florida has been cold AF lately.
turbo is on, 4" charge pipe with BOV is on. the crossover for the trick turbo kit runs right into the front driveshaft now - i was looking for just some 2.25id to 2.25id coupling connector whatever you want to call them in stainless without much luck. so i had to buy 2.25id to whatever and cut just the 2.25id "half" off so i can only drop it a little over an inch but it should work. need to get crossover in before downpipe and waste gate, and then i need to do a little welding to mate the exhaust back up.

trans and transfercase got some fluid in em, tranny will need to be checked running obviously. i need to finish tying in the radiator cooler and aux cooler (only one hooked up atm)

front/rear driveshafts are in. i put in the rear DOM shaft i have with billet yoke n shit. its pretty far into the tcase but also seems far out of the tcase to me id say like 70/30 in to out but am also going to be dealing with a lot more travel on suspension so im just going to see if i got any vibrations or anything it can probably take the longer one i have and use with the other BW tcase.

the front sway bar is fuggin weird....like it was pretty good before with the links over the holes in the LCAs. now passenger side is over the hole pretty much, but the driverside is like 6" off  going to try and split the difference, but the mounts butt up to the curve in the bar, may try to flip it to see if it makes it any better

like i mentioned in @07Burb s thread, ordered the belltech/KW 6-8" lift coilovers. with the suspension at full droop the cv axle angle would be fine lol. the 9.25ifs is just girthy, centerline of it is 1.5"+ lower than the 8.25ifs so its dropped even further. i could probably go up another inch or two if i wanted.

i havent started it because it wont be able to move till axles are in it might be a couple weeks, dont want to start it once with e85 thats already been in there for 6+months, and freshly cleaned injectors, and then let it sit another few weeks and gunk injectors up again want to start it and go top off tank with 93. and because the exhaust isnt anywhere near complete but that usually doesnt stop me.
