bleh...doesnt feel like i made much progress today but;

started by putting in the converter bolts then,
had to start lacing the wiring harness on the lower passenger side so i could:
put in the starter so i could:
put in the exhaust crossover but,
before i could put in the cross over i needed to put in the front driveshaft but,
before i could do the front driveshaft i needed to swap the transfer case.

so really it just looks like i put the exhaust crossover on after messing with it a few hours :bawl:

and remade a few plug wires that pulled the crimp fitting off the spark plug side (factory made side) :banghead: , needed to get those done so i can continue to put on turbo and down pipe - its not impossible to change the plugs with it all together but its a whole lot easier with the turbo/dp not in the way.

upper control arm set #3 should be here tomorrow, grabbed some new brake backing plates also since they were like 9 bux/ea and i wont have to try and clean the old ones

i have a couple grounds to extend in the wiring harness and im looming/taping it all up as i go.

I ordered a stretch belt (for a 2018 mustang ac), its the closest 6 rib stretch belt i could find. measured i need 870mm~ 34.2". the mustang belt has a circumference of 864mm, but says "effective length is 33.5" so i dont know really how the sizing is going to be. there are 4 rib stretch belts that are closer to what i need but going to give it a shot first. i need to hack up the ICT bracket just to use as spacers to line up the alternator with the crank

good day yesterday turbo, downpipe, intake, fuel rails/regulator, squared away most of the wiring and tucked it away from everything hopefully- still have a little cleanup to do on it but should be done wiring/
got more of the suspension on, set the camber back to where it was before on the upper arm (will see how close it is). i didnt lock down the lower arm because i need to clean and paint the crossmember under the engine - someone used to make a tube style not sure if theyre still around though.

need backing plates to put on the wheel bearings>axles>coilovers. i can do everything else and tie rods at the end if i need to order more parts

driveshafts, i think i can run what i got...with the np249 tcase i only lost about an inch. rear driveshaft was shove pretty deep in the hole so its within a 1/2" of stock now (maybe 1.75" out of the case) . front I am back to a stock shaft but it is about bottomed out in the front of the tcase - will shorten an inch if i need to.

mounted the passenger set of coils so match driverside, that side has 3 plug wires trash pulling them off, not sure if turbo manifold is cooking them

after that just need to put the radiator support back together with all its crap

you should be, i'm doing this all for you <3

didnt do much yesterday got home late. i've gotten kind of hung up on getting the suspension/steering together and working - tie rod ends and backing plates will be here by the end of the week. I cleaned up and painted the engine crossmember last night so it can go on when i get back to it

mocked up some intercooler pipes while everything's very accessible. with stock engine accessories i had to come off the turbo with a 90* to get it away from the tensioner/waterpump. this new setup i just need to offset forward ahead of the ac compressor and the pipe will run almost level straight down, need a couple new silicone parts to the intercooler. intercooler to intake I never really like the way it looks but going to try and make it look better
