Yup, I'm not gonna beat up on you about it. Just wanted to illustrate that there really is a significant difference in the output. A lot of guys say the argument between reflector/projectors is B.S. which I think I just proved wrong.
I know it wasn't a high-quality pic you had, but it tells enough of the story. The fact that, that close to a wall, you can see ANY light above the cutoff says you definitely have glare or you wouldn't see it. But, like I said, I've seen way worse.
Also, as Eagle and I both pointed out earlier, you're most likely too young to suffer the effects that glare can have on an older person's eyes, so you don't notice it as much. I think that half the battle is just convincing people that it exists; whether or not you are personally bothered by it is another story....lol.
It's all good.
As a side note, I know a lot of cops, and I have never heard of any of them pulling anyone over for too bright of lights. Not saying it never happens, but it doesn't happen much, that's for sure. I think they have other things to do around here most of the time.
