Ive searched and searched but i cant find anything to tell me which wire is which. Im looking for a switched 12v and a ground(im sure is just black) in the rear view mirror harness or the harness running to the dome lights and sunroof button. I know someone knows. A quick simple response would be awsome! Its an 08 LTZ

I am certain someone here has a Helms manual or a place to get a wiring schematic.

You have Onstar in the mirror too right?

Here ya go! The box pictured is to the direct left of the brake pedal...picture is showing the cover off.
I can probably get you switched supply at the mirror...but I don't have that info handy at the moment.

I found it. Its actually the same color it was on my 03 tahoe. Had to break down and by a new voltmeter though:(

I just taped in right at the mirror. Well under the headliner of course but there are multiple sources to use up there for the +. I was not about to take the time to run wire all the way to the fuse box. Any low level radar detector isnt going to pull enough power to mess any of those circuits up anyways. Now idk about the nicer Passports and what not
