compressor and cut off wheel :) sounds like you need to pick up some better blades as you shouldn't have to use 3 blades for a bolt.

Morse brand blades work pretty well IMO, little more expensive though. if you have a Menards where your at the menards brand is actually Morse blades packaged for them, save you a couple bucks that way.

Good blades are your best investment. I'm using a cheap battery power saw and dropped $30 on 5 blades. I have yet to dull the first one cutting anything and everything.

I was hoping to get a cutoff wheel in there, but it wouldn't fit...not sure on blades, but the ones I used went dull quick!

Update:
They installed the blocks yesterday and I went over to pick up the truck I noticed TWO things:
-They hit the rim so hard with something, it ripped the clear coat clean off and formed three small gouges (sp) in it...mind you, these are BRAND NEW and I had them professional clear coated. The damaged was about 2.5" x 0.5" (thankfully i saw it before I even started the truck)
- When they parked my truck, the drove it against the curb and the brand new $300 tire now has curb rash across the entire circumference of one tire. Luckily it's a big tire so it protected the rim...

Four guys came out and denied the entire incident...blah blah blah. I then got under the truck and found a piece of the clear coat on the interior of the rim...not hard to prove they did all the damage.

Net net - I didn't have to pay for anything, but over the winter (when this set comes off for my cheap rims), I have to bring it back to the powder coater to be stripped and refinished. To protect the rim temporarily, I had a small bottle of clear coat laying around and I touched it up. It looks awful, but I'm simply going to take the $$ i saved from not paying for the lift and put it into fixing this rim.

thats one reason i HATE letting anyone work on my rides... its always something.

the indianapolis 4 wheel parts has messed up a good list of shit on my hoe at one point or another. if it didn't have to keep going back for warranty work (from the stuff they installed not working right...) it wouldn't go to another shop PERIOD! (unless i get to stand there and watch them the ENTIRE time. :)

I know man...it kills me to have to bring my ride in.

When I work on my truck, I'm incredibly careful and if I make a mistake...at least I know I did it and learn a lesson. These guys were just careless, damaged two items and then denied the whole thing.

This damn tire/wheel combo weighs a ton, I'm really not looking forward to all the extra effort it's going to take to set this up right. I think I've only driven the truck like x5 times since I had the new set put on...the trucks been sitting idle for weeks so I was really pumped to finish the lift.

At least these guys let me leave with the truck!!! Some guys would just simply keep the keys until you pay and then simply say "well sue me then".

All in all I was really pissed...but I guess it could have been a bit worse.

it would be better to use a strap with the loops in the end. a strap with hooks comes loose and you have a chuck of metal flying at your rig, the loops won't do much damage to you or your ride.

that being said i have both in my kit.
