Nice, these are gonna look good. You going with hid or led bulbs?

I already have leds in my stock housings that I bought from xenon depot 2 years ago. I’m just gonna take the H11 bulbs out of the new ones and put my leds into the housings with the stock wiring pigtail. Because on these new ones the main bulb doesn’t even have a pigtail to match the factory side. That’s lame. I’d have to splice into factory wires. But there’s no need since my leds are plug and play with the factory harness. Simple swap. And then figuring out how I want to setup the halos.

Well I don’t have any halos right now. All I have is the little LED strips that I made border the inside of my headlights, and they are tied into DRL, which are modded to run at night as well with my headlights. Should I tie the halo fog, into those?

I was kinda thinking that cuz then they’ll be on all the time like my DRLs. Lol. So I touched wires to battery terminals real quick to make sure the halo rings, and the halo rings are pretty bright. I like that part. Will just need to grab some extra wire to run the halo wires up to the back of the DRL wires.

They look super bright in the pics online. I noticed they have a newer style led halo, the older style were pretty weak as far as brightness.

They look super bright in the pics online. I noticed they have a newer style led halo, the older style were pretty weak as far as brightness.

Yeah that’s why I went with these ones for the brightness of the halo.

Gettin there. Havent installed yet. I figured since they are gonna tie into my DRL/LED running light, I may as well pull my headlights and fix the LED strips in them, since the wires gotta get cut anyways to pull the headlights. Doin that tonight. Install everything back up in the morning and make sure all the wires get done properly and lighting is done perfect! Lol
