Dude how hard were the gauges and switches to replace? What bulbs?

The guages are fairly easy if you use 194 LED bulbs and some twist lock bases. I did a very detailed write up complete with lots of pics, look HERE.

And for the AC panel and power window switches and all, a lot of custom work is involved. You have to open up the switches and unsolder the tiny stock bulbs and solder in some LEDs. I did some write up on those too. Heres the Pwer window switch thread. And here is the AC control panel thread. Its a lot of work, but the results are amazing. Just ask Mike (Tahoewhat), he shipped me all his interior switches and I did the upgrade for him.

Scott did all my interior. The gauges, door switches (front and rear) and all the switches on dash, mirrors/wiper/ sunroof, rear a/c, front a/c... Very very nice and very easy to deal with if you have scott do it. He can do it all for you. I love mine, just need to get some pics when i can finally get the time. I love the look. any questions feel free to ask away

That depends on how you look at it. The very first set I did (my own truck) it took me several weeks actually. Mainly because I would take one switch out, figure out how to take it apart, and then figure out the lighting circuit and everything and then figure how to mount the LEDs in place of the stock bulbs. But once I got past the learning stage, I have done a few other trucks and did all the switches in a day or two.
