Wow that's not much coolant in the system and looks really cheap for $125.
The size of the overflow tank has nothing to do with how much coolant the system holds, just like the overflow tank on the engine coolant. I think it holds a gallon and a half, I don’t remember for sure though. They said they were having a hard time getting the tanks, probably because the company quit making them because they develop leaks because they’re a shit design. Like I said though I’m pretty sure the kit replaces both the lines which have AN fittings on one end.

Hahaha that is probably exactly why they quit making them. AN is super nice it cost a lot to convert my coolant system to AN and braided lines. I guess I didn't realize the whipple system was different. I have a gallon or so ice box that doubles as the fill port and since my temps don't get above 140* it never really needs an overflow tank. I think my system holds close to 4 gallons total but that's with all -12AN lines.

this is what i was thinking after he showed the "fill T", nix that and get a cheap ice tank thatll mount in that corner if all you need is a fill/bleed point

Can you cut open the leaking seam, like with a small stone or bit on a rotary tool, and plastic weld or fill it with epoxy from that way?
I don’t know, I might try. It’s on an ear of the tank. It’s leaking on the inside of this hole. The problem is if I make it worse and it won’t hold coolant in the system I probably shouldn’t drive the truck.upload_2020-5-17_20-34-43.png
