Question, you installed your wideband post cat? Drivers or Passengers? Im trying to get my narrowband simulation to work and use one of the o2's before the cat, but they are a B**** to get to and the wire harness is shoved all the way up against the body
Narrowband isn't going to show much. Lean/rich..don't think u want to use it pre-cat to avoid drive ability issues..

I used my drivers side post cat location and had BBP tune the downstream sensors out so it wont throw a code.
Willing to bet it's somwhere like this..that's nuts but it would make sense why it's there where pressure is highest.. b99d7308a4efe855fec91d3873b66f5d.jpg

Why? My wideband is also has a narrowband output to fool the ecu, So ican put it in any location. Best measurement is usually precat, 24-24 inches downstream of turbo or supercharger. Anything after the cat can skew readings up to a full point with your afr readings.

I tapped into an access plate at the front of the blower, Whipple said that would work. Not sure about the brake vacuum line.

So the last things I had done before running into trouble and having to tear it back apart was the intercooler and lengthening the wires for the second connection on my Electronic Throttle Control. The IC had incorrect instructions of course so I improvised. The trans cooler was in the way so I decided to remove it's brackets and move it back, between the IC and the radiator. It fits barely and so far so good as far as working.

How are your trans temps? I'll bet its time to upgrade that cooler!

I've noticed that the trans temps on my esky with electric fans is much better then my nali with mech fans actually so I am not as worried about temps as I was before... still gonna upgrade for peace of mind. Im surprised that this is not something that you have done yet. Maybe the trans adjustments in your tune have helped in this regard?

Oh. I'm kinda afraid about breaking something in my drive train to tell the truth so I was doing the launches from a slight roll. I don't plan on full-on WOT from a dead stop. Sorry man but I don't want anything to break! These 26's would be hard to spin I think. I probably could though...
Good idea! supercharged AWD WOT launches ina heavy suv are gonna be bad news for that transmission lol!

Fine Red, you talked me in to it. I will post a WOT from a dig when I get my blower installed. If I break something I guess just gotta make it stronger. Everything in these trucks is pretty strong though, shouldn't have to worry about much...

6l80 is gonna hold up better then a 4l65e

That's why I was picking your brain in the PM's I sent you. So far so good but it's not hot yet. I'm contemplating a different trans cooler but I'll have to get creative with finding a place for it, or there's always the possibility of just relocating the stock one with some additional lines. Sandwiched between the radiator and the intercooler isn't the best location I'm sure.

EDIT: I was picking @Bigbeardenali1992 's brain lol. My brain OTOH has been picked over.
