Dude, my Tahoe has a Dana 60 under it. It's all explained I the post. It wasn't stock before either. The gears I it are a 3.54 that were stock in the axle. The Tahoe had come stock with 3.73... So I even lost more, going up in tire size, and going up in gear ratio.. It's gutless turd. I also don't care too much about my highway rpm. I can always drive slower if it's too high. 4.56 or 4.88 is what I'm going with. Which Depends on variables at the time of doing gears.

okay so 23 rpm difference then. it is just a reference to show you where you are at compared to what you had so you know where the original power setup is and how to achieve it again. it is not required of you to use it it is just a reference. the mph is just a variable to give the rpm difference. i did not right the html i just use it. you can change it if you want just like you can change tranny, t-case, gears, tires, under-drives and such to help you calculate before and after to get a better match for what you want.

They don't make that bumper anymore just called last week to see if they could send me one, Only way I could get it is if I used it for promotional purposes I.E Sema, KOH, ect.....

my main problem with this is if you plan on using the bumper for loads such as winching and snatching it can be dangerous if the proper metal and bracketry is not designed correctly add to that a homeade bumper cannot be legally made street legal. at least from a manufacture "some" aftermarket bumpers are street legal. I know most of Iroc cross and ARB bumpers are street legal

I wanna know what the holy hell you're talking about... Street legal? You think it has to be a company making them before they are safe for use? You know the very same welders and engineers that design this stuff for companies do their own stuff in their garage too... I'm a rig welder, I'm sure I know how to build a safe, street legal bumper... Winch mount bumper at that. I've built em before and never had a problem.
