Should I buy a 2008 GMC Yukon with blown flex fuel engine

you were told incorrectly... guys swap gen 3 engines in gen 4 trucks and viceversa.
The vehicle in question has two base map tables, one for e85 and one for unleaded. For simplicity reasons, you could run the a stock replacement engine to get up n running. If you want to run flexfuel, there are 6.0 and 6.2 flex fuel motors available. It all depends on the tune and ecu really...

Absolutely buy it.

If you decide you don't want to put an engine in it, you could part it out for at least 2-3x what you paid, or sell it as-is to somebody on Craigslist for at least double what you paid.

EDIT: Whoops, just realized this thread is almost 3 weeks old. So did you buy it, or what?!
