Wow, that is pure madness. That has to be one of the worst ways to die...being lit on fire. What caused the fire? It appears to be a roll over on the freeway, but I wonder what caused the roll over.

Damn.

We had that happen right on an overpass here by Bradenton.

Tanker truck caught fire and pretty much melted the overpass. I75 was closed off for a while. What a mess that was...

i worked with a guy that used to drive a tanker for texaco that had a fire incident 35 years ago....he was burned over 90 per cent of his body and had 2 brain surgeries because of the incident. looks strange to to see him at first, but after working across from him for a year it wasn't an issue anymore....

I used to work for a guy who was burned on around 90% as well.. a water heater blew up on him when he was a kid.

His face was... well you get the picture. He was honestly the funniest person I've ever met and had no problems with people. Women loved him and he just lived life to the fullest. Just an example of how we take some things for granted.

i hear ya...john, the guy i worked with, had a great sense of humor about it and so did his previous workers. they got him a small toy texaco 18 wheeler and told him this was one he couldn't wreck or blow up....he LOVED telling that joke to everyone!
