Didn't have a Sawzall? That and a half-dozen metal blades makes that free travel mod come out clean. What did you use?

After 2.5 hours fighting, I succeed made 2 tiny mistakes but nothing serious thank God!!
Gas tank got mil a bit by the hacksaw and with the grinder when removing the weld it went into the frame about an eighth of an inch by about half inch, so I have a light weight frame now

That free travel mod will make a world of difference. I rode around for a long time before I cut it off and now it rides much better. Would like that upgraded sway bar though. Nice work man.
