Yes, that is what I have them on... And you are correct, it requires the headers as well. The total price when you shop around for headers isn't bad when you consider the quality and improvement in performance and sound. These things sounds freaking amazing!!!

6.2L is 3.5" exhaust

*Kooks headers are 3" out, Y-Pipe is 3" into the OEM 3.5" Stainless Cat Back... No need to replace the factory cat back exhaust as it is already larger than most aftermarket which are all 3"
