You plan on putting an additional 30k miles on your Esky in 9 months?
That's a lot of driving! I only have 36k and I am into the fifth year of ownership.

Shit you're right I definitely won't put that many miles on the esky in 9 months... I honestly didn't even realize we are only a short NINE MONTHS away from this thing being released. I bought the esky with ~44k miles and I'm now at 54k a year later.

I probably won't get it RIGHT when it comes out... I'm thinking sometime towards the end of 2013 when the prices go down and the '15 model will be coming out soon. I know dealers will be trying to get rid of the 2014 models and will work on the price to clear their lot. It also depends on how bad I really need an XL as I'm due for a second kid in february and theres already a shortage of space in the esky due to having no cargo area then the third row is in.

Yea it sure is... and at 10k a year it'll take me three years Might have to trade it in before the warranty is even up lol.

That seems to be a good thing.
Guess the guys that like the stock Esky parts may have to invest in buying the Escalade now because interchanging parts will probably cost a lot now.
Sucks, because I was trying to imagine the interior of the 2014 SUVs based off the trucks. Looks like it was an invalid assumption that hey would be similar.

Google search 2014 Tahoe interior and you'll see some interiors that are different from the trucks. Sucks though. I would buy a Yukon if it looked like the Sierra.

I have not seen any official pics of the SUV interiors so what you may have seen may not be what the actual production models look like.
