I recently saw an 07 Tahoe for sale and it had 35" nitto terra grapplers on it so I texted him an asked him how he fit 35's without suspension lift an he said he just stacked two leveling kits. Anyone else heard of this? My 285's are getting warn down so in the next few months I wanna get at least 305s but if stacking kits is possible then I'll do it.

You can, but the angles of all the suspension components will be extreme and more than likely cause damage down the road. Go ahead and try if you like, but my guess is you will be needing new balljoints and cv shafts rather soon.

Not to sound like an ass, but do a google search for nnbs stacked leveling kits and I am sure you will find some threads on the truck forums explaining why not to do this in more detail.

You dont need to stack leveling kits to run 305's. Im running 305's with a CCM kit no problem. Dont take the risk by stacking the leveling kits because its highly unsafe

Yep, do not stack leveling kits. As mentioned above, this would be beyond the dynamic range of the suspension and it is not as strong.

Ya I guess I'll do 305s. Really want to do 35s though! Ha and not willing to pay all that money for a 4 or 6in lift

If you are willing to do some trimming you can run 35s with out spending $1500+. Run a 2.5" lift kit in the front and do a 2" body lift. If you are running +32mm offset and do some trimming, 35s are possible. I am running 34s with just 2.5" front lift and 1" rear lift with minimal rubbing on +32mm offset wheels. I drive 98% of the time on the street, so I do not need much clearance for articulation. If I were to decide to spend more time offroad, I would need another 3-4" of lift.

I have heard of people using a 4 inch lift that was designed for a silverado, I believe, to fit 35s. But your gas mileage will suffer greatly, 305s are big enough! They are basically 34.5".
