Legally you cant even change exhaust. Your car is supposed to be bone stock if you get sent to the state ref.

If your car is 1974 and older one can do whatever, and it doesnt matter. But if you have a 75 or newer, bone stock.

I mean you can get away with it. I swapped out test pipes, for cats every 2 years. But it was sketchy

Where you going?

Its going to be hard to find somewhere that pays me what i make in CA. Probably either Texas, Alabama, Georgia, either a shipyard state, pipe line, oil rigs. Or really any waste water treatment, or potable water treatment. We can pretty much go anywhere, and my wife is in healthcare.

I want a free state, with either low property tax, sales tax, state tax, or any combination of the 3. Heat is okay, cold/ snow is also okay.
