Ok I have a problem with the way the truck dives. As I am driving at times the steering is nice and tight just like it should be. Other times If I so much as touch the wheel the truck is tring to jump the median. I of course changed steering boxes and rebuilt half of the front end that did need it but did not fix the problem but made it worse because everything is real tight now. Also the air bag light came on after I changed boxes. My intermidiate shaft is being replaced thursday because it is f'd up and not on the box threads straight. It is now to f'd to figure out where it is supposed to go and has some slack in it so I ordered a new one. I did a search and found out that some tahoe's came with what is called EVO or a steering position sensor? I have no idea if mine has one or not. Is there an RPO that will let me know? Do you think this is my problem? where do I get the sensor from? thanks guys.

Steering feels soft. What is it that this sensor is suppose to do. I have to make sure keep my hands on the wheel dont want to curve check wheels.
