I sprayed starter fluid all around the intake manifold like another post suggested and there was no change to the idle at all. Idle rpms are around 650, and no more hesitation with revving or acceleration.

update: the old girl got to 1/4 tank and was worse than ever so looks like a pump is due. runs like a beast at anything above a 1/4 tank.:emotions122:

While reading throught the thread I was thinking "Have you changed the fuel filter?" As I was experiancing same codes, but not at any certain fuel level.... changed filter and problem solved.

Another thought is to pick up some electric parts cleaner and clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor!!!
