Someone tried to break in by prying the tailgate handle between the actual painted body of the tailgate and the border of the handle. Now, the handle is loose and rattles (grr!). It still works.. And it's always taken a little more strength to get it open, which is even more of a challenge now. My question is this: I saw a replacement on carpartswholesale.com that is plastic. has anyone else replaced theirs with a plastic one? I'm concerned with how much I have to pull on it, that it will break. Or, does anyone know where I can get a metal one. I want to keep the key hole. Thanks!
