If you have a local hardware store, get a 3.5 inch rubber pipe coupler. 90mm is roughly 3.5 inches and 92 is roughly 3.6, should work.
Thanks for the suggestion, I essentially did something very similar to get my baby on the road before my specialized adapter is delivered.

Ive used all sorts of hillbilly stuff for intake piping.
Wish i had a picture of my old S Blazers setup, a k&n for a 3.8 ford and since it had a metal base i welded that to a 3 inch turbo downpipe, then used a 1 liter mountain dew bottle with the ends cut off to tie it to the maf and throttle body hat.....it was ugly. Guy that owned the dyno shop took one look and said "really? "
But was impressed in the long run that the old 4.3 made what it did. For being a 4.3 anyway.

In 6 cyl bog class only the guy with the supercharged 3.0 ranger could beat me. 4.0 rangers, 4.2 jeeps, 4.9 f150s and 5.9 cummins' all fell to the tiny 4.3. Lotta work done to the 60e and some to the engine. But that is off topic.

I've played with a few over the years- TBI and CMPFI. Had a supercharger on my '02 Xtreme. I LOL'ed when thinking of all we did back in those days to squeeze ponies outta them 3/4 tree-fiddys. I dyno'ed my boosted X... Was really underwhelmed.

Some trick i learned in my instrallation of a TBSS on my 2002. I found that the cross over tube from a 2004 flex fuel Tahoe fits over the TBSS and allowed me to keep the stock fuel rail and return fuel line. The Flex Fuel Injectors are also taller than the stock injectors that helps in this clearance.View attachment 381983
Pre 2003 Drive By Wire throttle bodies do not need the xlink. I just had to re-pin the connector that came with the 87mm TBSS throttle body. The original TB 8 pin connector uses separate 5 volt and grounds for throttle position sensor where the TBSS TB only has a 6 pin connector that shares the 5 volt and ground.

Any way you might have a part # for this crossover tube? I have a TBSS intake that didn't come with rails so this would be awesome considering I have a spare set of return style rails that already have 8.1 marine injectors with them.
