What fittings/line did you use? I would like to do that also.
As stated in all kinds of youtube videos there are all kinds of ways of accomplishing this mod. This was the way I made it work and it actually looks good. I would take some time and surf the internet to find the best cost for these AN6 fittings. But here are the links that I used and at the time they were very close to the best prices out there. I did find a couple of these cheaper, but convenience won out.

You will also need AN6 braided hose. I bought black from Summit racing. I also bought other fittings but these are the ones I used for my build. If you haven't worked with braided hose lines there are all kinds of videos on working with these lines.

If you end up going down this route - post some pictures.

Any way you might have a part # for this crossover tube? I have a TBSS intake that didn't come with rails so this would be awesome considering I have a spare set of return style rails that already have 8.1 marine injectors with them.
Wow, sorry for the late response. Depends on the injectors you will be using. I did give the part number on the post number 16 of this thread.

Post #3 of this thread from Buggdave states:

"Some trick i learned in my installation of a TBSS on my 2002. I found that the cross over tube from a 2004 flex fuel Tahoe fits over the TBSS and allowed me to keep the stock fuel rail and return fuel line. The Flex Fuel Injectors are also taller than the stock injectors that helps in this clearance."

I own a 2002 DBC Tahoe so I don't know the full details of a 2004. But from this post, sounds like if you have a flex fuel 04 Tahoe, then yes your rails and injectors should work. As far as the throttle body adapter harness, depends on the throttle body you use.

When doing the fuel rail set up you have here, I take it the fuel regulator isn't needed? I have an 04 tahoe.1000001532.jpg

I want to say yes you are correct, but I'm not as familiar with the 04 setup.
This website page might help. I've used Glenn Auto Performance for numerous parts. Great company. You can even reach put to them with questions.
