In that screen shot the Tech-2 does not recognize the Candi, was it attached?

No that was right after I flashed the card to 33.004.

To sum up what we did here:
I accidentally saved my PCMCIA card back to an older version.
Using a windows 10 laptop running a virtual machine loaded with XP and connected to the Tech2 with a SERIAL to USB adapter I was able to follow these instructions and load a .bin file that a member was able to save and send to me via file sharing. I am not sure if the writing software would work on windows 10 or not. I used the virtual machine because it was all set up to communicate with my tool through the adapter already.

That's actually a decent price. Another 21 bucks for a GM card, and your ready. Just missing the box, and all the other adapters.
