Finally found a FB post from a guy with a 3500 that went with the 275/65R18 size tires on OEM wheels. I'd seen this guy's posts earlier, but for whatever reason this particular one was never in the results or I'd have answered my own question sooner. Anyway, looks like it's a workable option.

So, I ended up going with the Michelin Agilis CrossClimate 275/65/18 size. Price at $316/each but I’ve never been sorry I spent money on good tires. They’re going to be mounted on Monday so I’ll let y'all know how I like them.
