Throttle body repair/replace question

Yeah Id do the whole unit and be done with it.

Just went out and pulled the "new" used one off. With the air hose off it you could turn the key on and see the butterfly starting to open then popping back shut. Seems that was the noise. Swapped the original one back on till I get another one.
