Ticking noise. Please help

There are add on clamps you can buy to install and press the manifold back. I personally wouldn’t use them permanently but many have. I would replace all the bolts with some ARP manifold bolts. Be prepared to need new studs on the outlet too. A welder and a torch are likely to be required for this repair.

What outlet studs are you talking about? Is that a guide for the manifold? Trying to understand the full project. So far I am not afraid of trying to remove the broken bolts. Some experience doing that in the past. Mainly my own fault.

I meant the studs where the exhaust pipe connects to the manifold. There are three of them. They might come loose but I would prepare for the worst. You will need to remove the manifold to make this repair and will likely have more bolts break in the process. There are lots of videos on Youtube for this too. Many folks have been down this path.

Oh Roger I understand. 3 bolts connecting manifold to out pipe. Thank you. I will get parts on order. Thanks again.

+1. This is the best solution in my opinion.
