It's a rubber wheel you attach to your drill to take off adhesive tape and residue. I just went the old fashioned route and used some rapid removed from work and a plastic scraper. If you let you vehicle sit out in the heat/sun all day makes it a lot easier

Take everything shiny off that you can get off. If you can't get it off, cover it with black vinyl wrap. Then cover the whole vehicle in Plasti-Dip for good measure. When done, if you can see your reflection in any part other than the 99% tint windows, you have failed...
