you should be able to see live data driving, see if you can find Knock Retard and timing advance as well. if its got KR thats a feeling weak issue due to timing being taken away. how the pcm trys to protect the engine from blowing up on ya.
also see if you got the o2 sensors in (MV) idle and normal driving its gonna bounce around some, but wot the o2's should lock in around 930 ish and stay there while wot the whole time. if one is dropping or reading low, basically a lazy o2, this can cause fueling issues like running lean. and lean can cause KR.
