Thx. Found it from a guy in Washington state--your neck of the woods Mark. I just hope it's not gonna be a ***** to figure it all out.
It’s easy. You only need one of those connectors, the one for the OBD port. And you don’t need the CANDI module, that’s for newer vehicles with CANBUS. You just need to install the card and the cable and hook it to the obd port and start messing around.

I'm reusing the heads from my old motor. I just found out I have dual springs, and they sent me the wrong seals.View attachment 251797
Dropped the cam off today.
So I'm just gonna swap the new springs--beehive--and the seals to my buddy, for some $$ of the labor. F* it. Old motor never smoked on start up either.

talk about bad luck.

with the heads off a spring swap or seal job is super easy. have both heads done in like 30 minutes or less.
