have a 99 ppv chevy tahoe 2wd says they are not recomended for towing but.....there is a spot for a ball on the bumper.. tia

you can tow with a ball on the bumper but i wouldnt recommend towing anything heavy because you can pull the bumper off or bend it. you can tow with anything i have seen people tow stuff with ford taurus's :emotions122:

Trust me, you'll be fine. I've pulled another taho with mine before and thats much more than 1750 pounds. I've also pulled three Harley cruiser bikes, thats at least 2100 lbs. You shouldnt have a problem!

even if its 2 wheel drive it has a heavy duty trans with a shift kit? what the hell is a shift kit for anyway?

improved reliability and performance over the original design. It it the structural integrity of the bumper/brackets and bolts that limits you. Just get a hitch and call it good.

Usually 2wd trucks tow better then 4wd trucks or thats what I heard anway. My buddy had a 2wd suburban and his pops had a 2wd duelly to tow there race cars in enclosed trailers. They were going anywhere in the winter thou....
